Beaded Moccasins

The museum staff are unsure which tribe these moccasins are from. I'm using the Kiowa tribe as an example. Based on the pictures they are similar. These moccasins were the typical style with the buffalo hides, but were characterized as part of the southern plains. These moccasins had long tongues and long fringes at the heels and along the front seam. They had an unlimited use.
